General Information:

• Payment is due at time of service. Invoicing is available for multiple horses/visits.

Regarding invoicing:

• Payment is due 15 days after invoice date.

• Monthly invoices will be mailed/e-mailed no later than the 15th of each month

• A late fee may be charged if payment is not received within 15 days of invoice.

• Please note that there is a $35 fee, per occurrence, for any payments returned by your bank
